We want you to love your Silly Beaks order! If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Sale items and customised products are non-returnable.

Exchanges

  • Want a different size or design? We're happy to exchange within 14 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at hello@sillybeaks.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll respond within 2 business days with instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to us — return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@sillybeaks.com with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right immediately!
