Where We Ship
India only, for now. International shipping isn't available yet.
How Your Order Is Made
Every Silly Beaks tee is printed specifically for your order once you place it: nothing sits pre-printed in a warehouse. This lets us run original designs across a lot of categories without huge upfront print runs, but it does mean production takes a little time before your order ships.
Processing Time
• Orders are processed and printed within 2-3 business days of payment confirmation.
• During high-volume periods (new drops, sales) this can extend to up to 5 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day.

A note on hard-to-reach pin codes: a small number of pin codes are served only via India Post rather than our regular courier partners. These can take longer (3 to 15 working days), and India Post doesn't offer live tracking the way our standard couriers do. We'll flag it if your pin code falls into this category.
Delivery estimates may shift due to weather, festivals, strikes, or courier disruptions beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
• Free shipping on orders above ₹999
• ₹79 shipping fee on orders below ₹999
• Cash on Delivery: additional ₹49 per order
Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Available on most serviceable pin codes.
• Not available on orders above ₹5,000.
• COD orders may be confirmed by a call or SMS before dispatch.
• Please keep exact cash ready for the delivery agent.
Order Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email and SMS once your order ships. (Orders routed through India Post to unserviceable pin codes won't have live tracking, as noted above.)
Failed Deliveries
Couriers attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery fails (wrong address, no one available, delivery refused), the order returns to our fulfillment centre. For prepaid orders, we'll offer a reship (a small fee may apply) or a refund minus shipping costs already incurred. Failed COD orders are cancelled.
Address Changes
Only possible before your order enters production. Once it's in production or shipped, we can't redirect it.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
Contact us within 48 hours of expected or actual delivery with photos (and your unboxing video, if you have one, per our Returns and Refund Policy). We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
